Ensigns

Age: 10-12 year old
Difficulty Level: Beginner

Ensigns learn the basics of sailing. They spend time sailing in RS Fevas. After an initial instruction period, they sail in West Bay. Ensigns master sailing terminology, seamanship, both helming and crewing, rigging, docking, right of way rules, knots, the fundamentals of navigation, and on-water safety.
