Skippers

Age: 10-12 year old
Difficulty Level: Intermediate

Skippers build on the skills they learned as Ensigns or Mates. They practice both helming and crewing skills in RS Fevas and occasionally Crosby Fast Cats. They learn to fly spinnakers, land at a mooring, beach launch, basic racing skills and advanced knots. In addition, they increase their knowledge of navigation and weather patterns.
